2.        USE OF THE WEBSITE

2.1          Browsing and Shopping

Shop by browsing through the required category or by using our shop by brand feature.  Click on the image to access an individual item’s product page.

 

Add merchandise to your shopping basket by clicking on the ´add to basket´ button near the required item.  To delete an item from your shopping basket, click on the ´Remove´ link next to the item’s price.   Please be aware that while an item is in your shopping basket it is still available to other customers.  Proceed to checkout to finalise your purchases and follow the payment instructions.

 

2.2      Access and Security

All credit card transactions processed by this site with Paypal are protected with an SSL Secure Server Certificate and 128-bit encryption. This is the de facto standard for creating a secure, encrypted link between a web server and a browser, thus securing safe passage of sensitive information, such as credit card numbers. Please note that we do not store any customer financial details.

 

We will do our utmost to ensure that web site availability will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the internet, this cannot be guaranteed.  Access to the web site may occasionally be suspended or restricted to allow for maintenance or the introduction of new features. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.

 

2.3      Product display

We continually make every effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible. However, the colours you see will depend on your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.  However, we do offer an exchange facility – see our Returns section.

 

2.4      Data privacy

We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is a necessary part of providing a service to you e.g. arranging orders to be dispatched to you. 
We will ensure that any information we obtain and use will always be held, used and transferred in compliance with all applicable data protection rules. In particular, once you have registered with Luli Babywear Ltd, we will never pass your details to anyone else without your permission.
Please note that we do not store any customer financial details.

 

We will periodically communicate via email and other means with individuals who have registered at the site for our services. Registering to purchase products from Luli Babywear Ltd website is interpreted as agreeing to receive information from Luli Babywear Ltd. Please contact us at info@lulibabywear.co.uk if you would prefer not to receive any information from us.

 

 

3.        ORDERING, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

 

3.1      Price

Prices shown on the site are in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). We cannot be responsible for typographical errors, for instance if a product is marked with an incorrect price. In this instance we will email you and inform you of the correct price, you will have an opportunity to cancel the order should you wish. All orders are subject to our delivery charges, as applicable.

 

3.2      Delivery charges and times

All orders within the United Kingdom are subject to our standard delivery charge of £3.00 per order. Within the UK, please allow 5-7 working days for delivery although items will often be delivered ealier than this. 3.3      Acceptance and Availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.  Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order.


Unless you cancel your order in accordance with our Return and Cancellation policy below, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Luli Babywear Ltd will be completed when we despatch the goods to you.


We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, or that the item ordered is out of stock.

 

3.4      Payment methods

The site is available only to individuals and others who meet the Luli Babywear Limited terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit card by a bank acceptable to us, whose applications are acceptable to Luli Babywear Limited and who have authorised Luli Babywear Limited to process a charge or charges on their credit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase.

Payment can be made by most major credit and debit cards (please see home page for details). Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt and acceptance of your order by Luli Babywear Limited. You will not be charged for items that are not in stock or unavailable. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.


If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Luli Babywear Limited, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.


 

4.        RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

4.1      Contacting us

If you require information about your order, please  contact us on 0800 840 5643 any time between 9.30am and 5.30pm (Monday - Friday) or alternatively send an email with your order number.

 

4.2      Returns and exchanges

If you are not happy with your goods or need to exchange an item for a different size, please email info@lulibabywear.co.uk so we can arrange a refund or exchange  Any return must be authorised within 7 days of delivery of the goods. When emailing us, please quote your order details or returning our email acknowledgment as stated above. The 7 day period for refunds/returns commences on the date you receive our email acknowledging receipt of your order and ends on the 7th working day following receipt of the merchandise by you.


In the event of returns or exchanges we require that you return the new and unused goods to us in their original packaging with all original labelling attached.


Please note: New and unused means that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the tags. We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser at the purchaser’s cost. Luli Babywear Limited is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set out above.


We request that all goods are returned within 7 days of the date of your notice of return.


All goods returned for exchange or refund must be sent to the address provided on the order confirmation e-mail, or the invoice received with your goods.

 

4.3      Refunds

Refunds to you will be made within 30 days of the date return items are received by Luli Babywear Limited. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card excluding delivery charges and recovery costs.

Refunds will not be issued until goods are received back at our distribution centre in a re-saleable condition. Customers are advised to obtain a Royal Mail tracking number on the returned goods.

 

4.4     Cancellation

          You may cancel your order at any time within the cancellation period. The 7 day cancellation period for returns ends on the 7th working day following receipt of the merchandise by you.

Please email info@lulibabywear.co.uk within 7 days so we can arrange a refund or exchange.  

 

In the event of a return we require that you return the new and unused goods to us in their original packaging with all original labelling attached in accordance with our above terms. Items are returned at your own expense.  You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage when you return goods, so you should consider postal insurance/tracking to cover the value of the goods.

 

In the event of any failure to return any goods to us within the stipulated time limits even though validly cancelled, we shall retain the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.

 

 

5.        GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

5.1     These terms & conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

 

5.2     We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these terms & condition if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

5.3     We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these terms at any time.
